The flexibility and options when competing for jobs are nice. Support staff is helpful when trying to satisfy clients. The job board can connect you with outside, longer term opportunities. The other Sweepers are generally cool.

They don’t cover any medical expenses, do workers comp, or have insurance to protect employees. Just insurance for damage to clients’ property. You will not get travel bonuses even if you have to drive 40 minutes to a job, unless it’s outside of a Sweeps “campus” There are often periods without any jobs posted, making it hard to rely on Sweeps for consistent pay
