1) you will never get a training 2) you will never get any response from the management even in a critical situation 3) you get your salary only after 13 or 15 4) There is lot of financial problems going inside the company due some unprofessional employees 5) you don’t even get your petrol expenses (I have more than 1 year of pending petrol allowance) 6) More over if your got work in your own place you definitely spoil your name in the local market because of the way the higher authority treat the clients 7) you can’t expect any gratuity, variable pay or bonuses in this company 8) If you want to grow your career this id definitely not a right place 9) most of the salary you own from the company will indirectly spend to the company - you will get this once you become a employee here 10) The most useless one in that company is the HR. Not even done a simple thing properly
