My manager is very supportive in a very difficult job environment, and js helping me move off of contract work and getting me to full-time.

SRs information security policy is a bit intense and impractical for us, but I guess is needed to keep data safe. There have been many times I have had to call IT support to help because I didn't put in the password correctly the first time.

The management are friendly and encouraging

Parking is terrible, you will need to ride your bike or take public transport if you need to work from the office
