SCT are a wonderful small team that have helped me learn so much during my apprenticeship with them . I have been welcomed and enjoyed my time here ! So many work activities so it does feel like a family almost .

Some opinions are voiced to the wrong people . This is the same as all work places .

Supportive to staff with personal issues that might be health or family related Encourage a good work life Balance Flexible to needs of staff ie fitting hours around school runs Christmas and summer team events which are above and beyond better than anywhere I have ever worked before Open door culture if you have a problem

Not a company problem but a problem in general is that working in apprentice training means change is the only things you can guarantee. Beaurocratic funding rules make processes complex and cause stress on everyone
