I loved working for Sutherland on the PlayStation campaign and feel like I did a really good job for the 6 months I was there. I liked my immediate supervisor and coworkers and felt like it was a great fit. They very abruptly fired me saying that I deleted a few customer emails (something I didn’t even know was possible to do in their system). Even if it is possible, I don’t see the point of deleting customer emails since that is how we communicated with them a lot of the time. I earned a little more than a week of paid vacation during my time there because of my near perfect attendance and saved it up.. of course I didn’t get paid for any of that. I’m still baffled as to why I would be accused of this. I was never warned and this was never brought to my attention. Also, when I asked, they couldn’t show me any proof that I actually deleted the email addresses. I was very hurt by this. Felt like being stabbed in the back after giving my all.
