Poor management Favoritism (Management would make favorites metrics above 100% which is mathematically not possible) I called out my manager on this and nothing was ever even acknowledged Impossible to move up unless you are a favorite most pay incentives based on metrics not acheivable unless you are a favoirte whose metrics got altered
