4yI'm sorry you didn't have a positive experience at Surefire. As we adjust for our recent growth we've made changes to our customer engagement model and thus have also changed our incentive programs to give Account Managers greater ability to be bonused based on performance. Our new incentive plans offer monthly measurements and payouts and give AMs significant opportunity to earn more than 100% of target incentive.
