Great because of enviorment and such.

Bad cause of the pay i need more.

Small company, involved in many aspects of the business, sense of accomplishment helping students

Missed payroll several times, employees were put into positions they were not always qualified for, everyone had a title, owner had great ideas, but poor execution, bad relationships with vendors as payments were not made, did not pay employees what they were owed when they were let go or left the company until action was threatened, employees felt tremendous pressure to sell knowing that there was no product - felt like you were constantly lying to customers.
