SurePay is my favourite company I've worked at to date. You are given a lot of autonomy in your role, the freedom to express ideas and improvements and encouragement to do so. The management team have a nice, friendly and fair approach with employees and there is no feeling of hierarchy. The work is varied and exciting and employees are trusted to work in a way that works for them. It's a purpose driven company and nice to work in a team of people all striving towards common goals.

Not much to share, sometimes there are last minute changes to approach and strategy which can be annoying but unavoidable in the phase we are in.

Too many: extremely unethical. CPO is absolutely biased with own thoughts and there is no appreciation of others’ ideas nor respect for their work. No diversity at all.
