Very very few opportunities to be promoted internally. Management team is not inclusive at all, only hired because of nationality (Ukraine). Some are not even qualified for their positions. Micro management within the team which leads to destroying agents' motivation. Lack of transparency and clear communication. No pay raise even though it is promised. Gaslighting communication. Fake company culture. What you see on social media is not reality.
