Pros

SupportYourApp provides outsource customer support to its client companies. Based on your experience/background you are assigned to a project - the client company you will be providing service to. It could be a good opportunity for freshly-graduate student to challenge his/her own skills. Flexible schedule.

Kontras

It's a job for students: no social or health insurance, very limited number of vacation days. The project I worked on constantly lacked staff, so it was very difficult to manage the workload. Despite that fact, the client and the manager excepted from you to provide top notch service. The project was quite stressful and there was no proper support from both the client and SupportYourApp management.

During your first year in the company, managers from multiple departments, starting from the Onboarding and ending with People Operations, reach out to every person multiple times to schedule meetings, and ask for feedback.
