Because of the priority on hiring mostly Sr level people, the work that goes on day-to-day is very exciting and rewarding. The passion and dedication is inspiring! A culture of both design and engineering excellence is rare. You will likely be executing the best design work you've ever worked on. The design teams are humble, talented, and hungry. They are easily the best designers that I've ever worked with and they are very eager to collaborate with engineers and product teams to design what is right and deliver beautiful, documented designs.
