Pros
The first pro is that you are allowed to take ownership of your accounts to make a real impact and have your voice listened too. I’ve worked with several founders, and they are founders for a reason. They have a vision, sometimes this may change, and you have to accept that, and understand it’s not because of laziness or anything negative, it’s so they can deliver a better, stronger and more successful result. Your noticed and rewarded for your hard work. It’s fun and the team are lovely but you have to pull your weight as your given responsibility and are trusted If you just want a ‘job’ and don’t want to give your all and be passionate, then this is not the place for you. I left for another opportunity and would recommend anyone to rake up a role here, as you learn a lot and will work for a good brand
