I have great things to say about the management, the hourly and salary workers and the awesome maintenance team. This is a great place to work if you want to work for a family owned and oriented company that is stable and secure. I hope to work here for a very long time.

Summit has so much business and things move so quickly that a person who is not very motivated may have a struggle until they find a balance.
