Need little to no experience for leadership position. Relatively fair starting salary. Good retirement match. Ton of PTO. Cutting edge manufacturing concepts in co-packing.
Kontras
Zero employee growth attitude from leadership. The vast majority, not all, of employees have little to no room for advancement unless major positional rearrangements are made. (Rare). Culture is in need of major reform. Leadership is closed off to any suggestions of improvement. Still not grounded in a standard departmental aspect. Too busy to take the time to improve. A lot, excluding a few employees, are extremely condescending.
