What I value most about working at Summit is the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding hard work. Another aspect I truly appreciate is the emphasis Summit places on work-life balance. The company understands the importance of maintaining well-being both inside and outside of work, which has a positive impact on employee morale and productivity. I find genuine satisfaction in my role and take pride in my responsibilities. Additionally, I enjoy collaborating with a team of supportive and dedicated colleagues, which contributes to a positive and engaging work environment.

For starters I would like to see a change in the way they handle merit increases, feels like they are all over the place and don't really keep track of when employees are due for these reviews. I would also like to see more safety trainings through out the year, for example how to lift properly, dispose of chemicals, how to properly use machinery etc,.
