Horrible clique type environment amongst too many women fostered by the most idiotic management team. It was worse than being in high school. I actually felt suicidal everyday working with these women. It was very subtle in some ways and like a dictatorship at the same time. I was actually happy when I was laid off and it was because I knew the director didn't want me there. I just didn't fit in because she was asked to hire me by one of the higher-ups and she didn't want to be told who to hire. They would ask you to chip in on a weekly basis for somebody's birthday or somebody's shower or somebody's baby. It was absolutely ridiculous! I just wanted to go to work and get paid for it I didn't want to have to feel like I was being pressured to be like them and do everything that these women wanted me to do. I think it was one of the worst places I've ever worked
