The team, the location, the job offerings, the events, work life balance, management, quite honestly not a bad word that I can say about the place I can't wait to see what the company becomes of in the future as their events are legendary

I literally can't think of one thing

- I worked here for 4 years, I had two promotions in this time and learnt so much whilst enjoying myself at the same time. - It's a small team so you learn a lot about everything, everyone supports each other and works hard. You always have a say no matter how senior or junior you are. - Travel to different locations and be part of the events, these are hard work but very rewarding! - Great culture, great clients, friendly and social team. Great place to work!

- It's a small team so sometimes you may end up doing things that aren't necessarily in your JD- not a con for a lot of people I enjoy this but some may not. - Not an awful lot of room for role progression if people don't leave but Summit will support in getting you to the next step up and provide opportunities
