Pros
Depending on the location/franchise owners, you can get a decent amount of hours for a part time job. Since there are a ton of locations within a fifteen minute radius of where I live, I would often get called to work at another store if I wanted more hours. Out of all fast food jobs this one is probably the easiest.
Kontras
We couldn't hold onto a manager for more than 3 weeks. One of the managers I had was also terribly sexist and rude, and just generally very unpleasant and frustrating to work with. Every person I've talked to who has worked for Subway has had some issue with management. I really didn't feel like I was being treated like a person most of the time. I also had a co-worker who had been working for the company for over two years, and he only recently got a $1 pay increase.
