Poor Management, Corporate does nothing to improve, Many Health Violations - Sandwich Artist bei Subway: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Many, no breaks, what's stated in the title, really no room to grow. Wasn't just my store either, I've spoken to many people who worked and managed Subway's and they say the same. The franchisees are very irresponsible and don't care, Subway sends someone in to check on the stores once a month but they usually call in and let them know what day they will come in which in turn gives the store a whole month to slack off and then get everything perfect the day before but somehow they still manage to come out of compliance; and what does Subway do when a store is out of compliance? Barely gives the owners a slap on a wrist. The inspectors have very little pull and the few that try to get the owners in trouble get disciplined or moved to a knew location whenever the store franchisees say they are too hard on them.
