Crappy pay (not paid extra for over time no matter how many hours you work), people are always quitting so bosses are always calling you in, bosses are always stressed and take it out on you, on your feet all day in a small area and when there are no customers you're expected to pretend like you're doing something which can be really hard when you've done everything there is to be done, bosses are really petty and gossip to other employees
