Pros
Normal for any job in this industry: free food, filling the time between bouts of over indulgence of internet. Normal for any job: new social interaction with customers/ coworkers, a wage, exercise, helping people.
Kontras
For a part timer the inconstant hours are bothersome. The part I'm, of course, expected to do and not complain because it's an integral part of the job is the trouble with customer interaction; one learns how to communicate better with people of his or her community but it's an up hill battle. There are countless times I've believed a customer slightly insane because they wanted me to preform some illogical, pointless, or inefficient task. I'm grateful the consequences of mistakes are so minor and easily rectified generally speaking.
