I am very pleased that Subway's corporate culture is one of true Equality. As an LGBT American, I must be careful where I work, because I can still be fired in 29 states, just for being gay. Subway is pro active in making sure that everyone understands their stance.
Kontras
Because Subway is franchised, it is sometimes difficult to keep the corporate culture intact within franchised stores with regards to this issue.
