The workplace culture felt quite cold and unwelcoming, with a generally quiet and disconnected atmosphere among staff. Management tended to be highly hands-on and often assigned tasks outside of my core responsibilities, including a number of administrative or menial duties. At times, communication from leadership came across as condescending, which made the environment challenging. While many staff seemed aware of these dynamics, there appeared to be limited effort to address or improve them.

Internship was falsely advertised, I did none of what I expected to be doing and was instead used for free labour. Forced to help run the pop up shop while being an unpaid intern, they were super weird about me having breaks, they spoke about me to each other as if I was just an object to be passed around to help people do odd jobs around the office like cleaning and no internship based work. Did not stay long, saw so many people come and go during my very brief time here
