50 hours a week (paid for 37.5) mainly of useless admin - Teacher bei Study Group: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Hours of work - approx 50/wk. (meant to be 37.5) Admin needlessly repeated 4 times (marks and feedback to be sent to students 1. via email, 2. in person 3. on the VLE 4. on the Turnitin). They seem so scared of getting a lawsuit that they had the head of department running round like a mad man forcing us to redo admin 4 times over. There is a space for a diversity and inclusion score - I'll leave it blank, but there were a lot of non-whites as you'd expect at one of these places.
