The company claims to have high growth, although publicly available turnover information shows that it’s turnover has dropped radically in the past few years. No remote working possibility (except for the management) and on Mondays you have to start latest at 8.15. Colleagues were mostly talented and ambitious professionals. Because of poor management the personnel turnover is extremely high, basically there is someone leaving every week. The differences between base salaries are really high and the commission models push people to think about their own interests, instead of the company’s or customer’s interest.
