A fun and inspiring culture. Team spirit. Good leadership. Open. I always felt I was listened to and encouraged to bring up ideas and suggestions for improvement.
Kontras
The con I can think of is the type of industry. Staffing and recruiting is a competitive business and there's always the risk of losing important clients or consultants. Since it's quit a small company the career opportunities aren't that big either.
