      After a decade involved with this ministry, I know firsthand the level of darkness and death lingering in this ministry. The problem stems from the top. They look good from the outside, but once you learn who the CEO truly is, it’s clear this organization should be disbanded. Master manipulator, he is who jesus warned us about, a wolf in sheep's clothing, pharisee. Leadership puts weights on those below them they themselves are unwilling to carry. Countless staff have voiced concerns, but their pride doesnt allow them to listen. Do not work for this organization if you value your faith

      Working with people who love God deeply, care about holiness, treat the Bible as God’s Word and sacrifice to help students come to know Jesus and grow in their relationship with Him! Leaders care deeply about their staff and seek to develop them holistically. All around love it, could not ask for a better team of people to serve with or a more purposeful mission to live for!

      Ministry can be emotionally demanding as you carry people’s burdens often and are burdened for people to come to know and grow in Christ.
