Flexible scheduling, very nice people to work with, good at recognizing talent, willing to work with you, low stress but also low expectation, nice location. I enjoyed it for what it was, but there was no room to grow

Low expectation, kind of minimal standards. I edited images for them, which often meant cleaning up the awful images shot by their photographers.
