Strut has some of the best people. They genuinely care about each other and the clients.

It was a punch-the-clock office with up-and-down agency job insecurity, limited loyalty. The founder sometimes lost his temper, and female staff left because of it. Its directors have a track record of burning their business partners. To advance much requires leaving.
