      1. Great company culture, especially within the AI Training team 2. Flexible scheduling 3. Job is completely remote

      There were no "pros" at this company.

      Kontras

      No real benefits, unfair management, extremely poor leadership. The current CEO is extremely unorganized and treats his employees like total trash. Working from home was a mess for this company.
