The direction of the company is always communicated clearly and I very much feel like my voice is heard (and acted upon) when I bring up important issues. I love that our work schedules are flexible and we're able to work from home 2x a week, however, there is a trade-off to this flexibility. It's hard to organize outings after work and bond with colleagues outside of the professional environment. That being said, it can be done, you just have to put in a little more planning and effort.
