Best reason to work at Stroll is to develop strong strategic and analytical skills to complement functional and industry knowledge and expertise. The culture is strongly Values driven. Core values are 1) Strategy Mindedness, 2) Ownership Thinking, 3) Mental Toughness, 4) Being the Best (in your craft), and 5) Results. Company is in the midst of dramatic change from a single product startup to a multi-product multi-business company that is still nimble but has more structure without losing its entrepreneurial spirit. Really exciting place if you are the kind of person that thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, high growth environment.

The major downside is the number of issues that affect a company in the midst of high growth and change. There is a lot of ambiguity and uncertainty on an ongoing basis; as the business evolves, roles and responsibilities may evolve and change; the pace of work is intense - tight deadlines, commitment to outcomes, rapid-response in adverse situations. If you don't love what you do, and are not adept at being effective picking the right things to do (as opposed to trying to do everything, or what's most convenient, or easiest, or whatever), this place will not suit you.
