This is truly the best place I have ever worked. The product is great and the company purpose clear and necessary. The management and business as a whole practise what they preach in terms of employee well-being, transparency, diversity and celebrating what makes you uniquely you. Clear expectations and communication of vison means their is rarely confusion on what we are doing or where we are going as a team. Great time off and benefits and if you need to take a day for mental health or family issues its not an issue.

We are a small business which means we are super agile however also means we are often time pressured and are working late. For me this is a small issue as I have worked more than my hours in every job I have ever had however it may not suit everyone. In addition as a small company and great place to work churn is low and that impacts career progression opportunities.
