Pros
They have a decent product and a strong commitment to its customers. There are some very good technical people working there. (Nobody is quite sure why, though.)
Kontras
Management is incompetant dysfunctional, sporadic, and wholly beholden to the whims of the company's owner. I would not recommend working there for any self respecting, professional sales person. Each person thinks they can make a difference. Then they are over-run by arcane processes, bureaucratic egos, and entirely bizarre theories on sales & marketing. Save yourself now -- don't do it! Many sales people have come and gone, and the smart ones tend to do so quickly.
