-pays very low for experience managers -overload managers -constantly belittling managers -too focused on hourly charging clients

1. Opportunity to grow. 2. Supportive Senior Management, especially the Director 3. Always open for an honest conversation 4. Ongoing training and weekly Q&A's are the best. 5. Treats and Friday Lunch

1. Office culture can get a bit tense at times due to the high-paced job. 2. Workload can get too much if not managed properly.
