Outstanding culture, the people here are so nice, supportive and make it a great place to work. Senior team really care about employees and they are visible, really leading from the top. Success is celebrated, contributions are acknowledged and rewarded, the senior team actually know who their team members and make time for others. After previously working in a toxic environment, moving here has been so refreshing and my mental health has dramatically improved since joining this team.

Workload can be overwhelming at times but it’s the nature of the business, The team around you will always make things better though.

Only thing going for it is the free cans of pop in the fridge.

Turnover of employees is high as there is no induction and you are left figuring things out. Teams don’t communicate and expect you to know how to respond to briefs given by team members who have different ways of working. Filing systems are shocking so no historical information can be found if clients mention anything from previous events. Line Managers are unhelpful and unfriendly and glaze themselves at every opportunity.
