Turnover of employees is high as there is no induction and you are left figuring things out. Teams don’t communicate and expect you to know how to respond to briefs given by team members who have different ways of working. Filing systems are shocking so no historical information can be found if clients mention anything from previous events. Line Managers are unhelpful and unfriendly and glaze themselves at every opportunity.
