While some departments seemed to receive more opportunities and recognition than others, I believe in the importance of consistent, unbiased treatment for all employees. I’m seeking a work environment where hard work and results are the primary factors for growth and advancement, rather than favoritism. There’s a lack of transparency and fairness in the advancement process. If you're not connected to certain people in leadership, it's harder to move up despite performance.
