-Work-life balance and having the opportunity to work from home if needed. -Fun work environment and everyone was friendly. -Cultivated creativity and growth, was able to learn from some very talented individuals. -The openness of the office and being able to work side by side with your coworkers, as well as being able to see/converse with senior management and really feel apart of the team was very refreshing.

-Too many meetings at times for certain projects. -Changing ones designs without clarify the change or talking about why design decisions were made. -Didn't always feel included. Left out of meetings and not feeling respected by others on design team due to differences in style or interest.
