The engineering team is excellent and willing to help when needed. There's some flexibility in the hours, and the company works hard to provide a work/life balance.

This isn't really a con, but you need to be willing to work.

Stephens provided all required equipment, training, and a company truck. They scheduled inspections and the office staff were very quick to respond to any and all issues or challenges to completing inspections.

Sometimes, the schedule wasn't available until the week of or the week prior to the upcoming inspections. Lots of travel required and you have to stay on top of reports daily. Nature of the work.
