Pros

Most of the employees are genuinely good people and care for one another.

Kontras

Leadership tantrums, finger pointing and blaming, inappropriate comments, vindictive behavior... the list goes on. One thing that sticks out to me came on my very first day of on-boarding, where I was told, "you should just quit now." I thought they were joking. They were not.

The office was in a decent location and I did not have issues with the people I worked with regularly.

Critical information is often isolated with single individuals and not accessible to others who need it. . The system design actively prevents information from flowing, creating delays and inefficiency. . Even basic work becomes slow and frustrating due to constant information gaps.
