Supportive employers, I was able to complete training and develop my career whilst working here. Excellent work/life balance. Friendly and inclusive culture. This is a workplace in which I felt valued.

Sadly there are no positives to working here.

This charity has a great ethos but unfortunately the way managers treat their staff means you are unlikely to want to stay for long. Bullying and nastiness from managers at all levels, HR do not take bullying concerns seriously. Micro management means you are unable to progress here. Managers talking badly about other staff members to people they are managing - extremely unprofessional. Everyone who works here is also predominately white, middle aged and middle class which felt very isolating.
