      This place is great. It really allows you to be as creative as you want. The hours are very flexible.

      Kontras

      Too much room for creativity. It lacks all kinds of structure. You really have to know what you're doing in advance.

      -amazing, supportive supervisors -reasonable pay for therapists and good benefits/time off -great teamwork and co-working environment -tx teams care a lot about the clients

      Kontras

      -documentation was a stressful beast (hopefully this has changed now) -CEO makes a wild amount of money, his 6 figure salary doubled within a few years while some case managers were working two jobs to make ends meet -very low pay for program participants (less than minimum wage) who were doing things like housekeeping for the office as part of a “job skills” program -union busting tactics that were against federal protections for unionizing
