APAC do not create a modern, positive and exciting culture. Systems are back dated and make it hard for employees on the ground to hold morale and build regional trust. Much more work needs to be done from APAC level to create a desired culture

This is a company where you can learn a lot if you are willing to take initiative. There are many talented people you can connect with who are willing to help you improve and do your job better. I also believe there is a real opportunity to regain stability and grow professionally.

Kontras

There are still some organizational challenges, including unclear ownership in certain areas and a high level of uncertainty. The onboarding process could also be improved, as it mainly focuses on general company benefits and HR information, rather than providing role-specific training or guidance for the actual job responsibilities.
