Overall it's a fantastic company. The compensation and benefits are second to none. When SDI makes more money, they share the profits with each employee. Senior leadership is visible, transparent and strategic. They set us up for success and lead us well. The culture is family oriented, with safety being number one. I've never met a more hard working group of people.

Co-workers are engaged and motivated to perform. Product offering is diverse; there’s always something to sell in any market. Fantastic job stability. Fundamental culture is alive and well.
