No clear direction for the company, startup culture, CEO is very opinionated and attached to the company so there's not much freedom to bring new ideas to the table, hiring too fast instead of encouraging internal growth, not much professional development, disorganized, chaotic, massive company lay-off eliminated a whole department, cliquey, low paying

Working from home and met a couple of really great connections that left as well.

Senior management is green, never managed people prior and they are extremely unprofessional. Not to mention that the advancement opportunities come with lower pay.
