Paid vacation, good health insurance and employer matching 401k, they also had really nice cubicles which is a big deal for a call center!

Can't have your own opinion about anything, they want people who just answer the phones and don't ask questions, it's very political so it's extremely hard to get promoted it's similar to running for class president
