-Overwhelming workload. Industry average is 180 claims per handler, state farm is well over DOUBLE that. -Incompetent management, constantly restructuring every 3 months. -Inadequate training, most people done even know what their job is until they go "live". -Poor pay; I train wave upon wave of new hires only to find out that I make the same as the newbies; or even sometime, less. -I have seen people fall asleep on the job, get written up, and then be promoted within 6 months. - I have seen bottom of the barrel performers be promoted over top performers.
