Clean, safe, good small town atmosphere, good work/life balance, OK pay and benefits. Co-workers were pleasant, willing to help out if asked. Good place to get some experience before graduating into the real world.
Kontras
Old boy network, very conservative in its decision making, little chance for advancement unless you were a complete yes man. Management tolerates, even rewards a lot of anti-social behavior by managers and even some "star" analysts. People with ideas who want to make a difference should look elsewhere.
